Each investor will fund the setup of one luxury glamping dome at $50,000 per dome, and in return, will receive a 33% share in the revenue generated from that dome. Income is paid out quarterly, and detailed projections show that investors can double their money in under three years—even with conservative occupancy rates.

You invest $50,000 to help build and launch a fully-furnished, off-grid, luxury glamping dome.

The dome is marketed as part of the Hazelwood Gardens experience—ideal for romantic getaways, wellness retreats, and agritourism stays. Guests book directly through our platform, with rates averaging $300 per night.

Revenue from your dome is tracked, and you receive 33% of gross bookings, paid every quarter.

Your investment is repaid through ongoing guest stays, with or without events on site.

As a bonus, you also receive 5 free nights per year to enjoy your investment personally.
